Answer: When you are VW dealing with my settlement. Don’t tell me I will have an offer in 10 days when you know damn well you won’t have it to me by then.

I almost felt bad for the CSR I spoke with as she clearly knows nothing of any timelines.

I just want it gone, apparently that is too much to ask.

Its been 15 business days since I got that message. I have the notary lined up and ready to go, this is just maddening.

Any chance I would take some deal to stay with the brand would have to be a free to me car at this point for me to consider driving it and not just selling to to a lemons team for $500.
